Chobani - Greek Yogurt Recipes

Vanilla Yogurt Sorbet

Cool, sweet, with a hint of refreshing sourness. This sorbet is easy and inexpensive.

Ingredients

Sugar 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Chobani Greek style yogurt 2 lbs
Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon


Directions

Mix sugar and water. Heat in saucepan until sugar dissolves. Chill before using.

Mix cold sugar syrup (from above) with yogurt, vanilla extract.

Freeze in ice cream freezer, following manufacturer's directions.

Serve between courses or for dessert.
