Passion Fruit Panna Cotta Recipe

Ah, panna cotta. The seriously rich yet so light, delectable, creamy dessert that is the perfect ending to a meal, especially when paired with fresh fruit or berries.

The intensely tart and sweet taste of our newest 2% Passion Fruit flavor is a natural pair to incorporate into a delicious panna cotta with all the creamy indulgence and a fraction of the guilt. How refreshing!

Ingredients for 2

— 2 6oz cups Passion Fruit 2% Chobani

— 2 Tbsp granulated sugar

— 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

— 1 1/2 tsp unflavored gelatin (from envelope)

— optional garnish: Mandarin oranges, honey and lemon zest


In a mixing bowl, combine Passion Fruit Chobani, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

In small saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons water and quickly add unflavored gelatin and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and add into yogurt mixture, stirring until smooth.

Separate into two small dessert dishes or ramekins and chill, covered, approximately 2 hours.

Garnish with mandarin orange slices, drizzle with honey, and grate with lemon zest and enjoy!
