Blood Orange Chobani Bread w/ Raspberries

Using our Cranberry Orange Bread recipe to guide us, we used what we had on hand (pre-Sunday grocery store run) to whip up this delicious quick bread. Replacing the 2% Plain Chobani with 1 6oz cup of 0% Blood Orange and the orange juice for almond milk, it took on a moist texture with light flavor. No zest, cranberries, or nuts in our cupboard, we folded in a couple handfuls of fresh raspberries from the farmer’s market this AM. Voila! We’ve got ourselves an enjoyable dose of #chobanitime.
