CHOmobile Soaks in the NC Azalea Festival!

From April 13th through the 15th, the CHOmobile rolled up to the North Carolina Azalea Festival in Wilmington for a weekend of fun in the sun. This annual festival celebrates local art, floral gardens, and the history of Wilmington. Sounds like our kinda block party!

We were greeted with a beautifully sunny, 80-degree weekend complete with a prime position on Water Street to soak in the views.

While the unseasonably warm winter caused the azaleas to bloom a bit earlier than anticipated, Wilmington locals and visitors still enjoyed the tradition of the queen’s coronation, live music, street fairs, boat rides, bounce houses, Zumba competitions, and more.

But all those activities sure do work up an appetite! So, even our littlest friends stopped by the CHOmobile for a snack break. Mmmm, spoons.

Beyond serving up thousands of deliciously thick and creamy cups to y’all, we had a few extra nothing but good treats in store! Ahead of the festival, we were honored to have the opportunity to share some tickets to the festivities with you:

And everyone who checked into the CHOmobile using the Foursquare mobile app got a sweet Chobani shirt! Check out these stylish, digitally-savvy dudes:

‘Cause we all know Chobani is more fun when ya share it with a friend.

All that sunshine and fresh air really wore us out…we’re headed home to catch up on some R&R before crossing the border to spend the first two weeks of May in Toronto! Catch ya there, CHOlks.
