CHO Pumpkin Pie

Ah, Thanksgiving. A little turkey, a little football, a little togetherness. We totally dig it… and dig in! No discerning tastes here- we enjoy it all, but there is a special place in our hearts for dessert.

Putting together a Thanksgiving feast is no easy feat, but have no fear. Our team is here to simplify it just a tad with this delicious CHO Pumpkin Pie.

Ingredients:

1 can pumpkin pie mix
2 C Plain 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt
1 9in pie crust (buy or make your own – we used this Best-Ever Pie Crust recipe from Epicurious!)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350
Combine pumpkin pie mix and Chobani.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool for an hour, and serve with a dollop of CHO on top!

 

Quick tip: Too many pies, not enough tins? No problem. We baked ours in a sauté pan, and it turned out just right!
