Buffalo Cauliflower Poppers

We Love snacking. Capital L intentional. And when we saw Gina’s post about Spicy Cauliflower Bites, we did a torso dance in the office chair. Jack pot! Or shall we say, snack pot? 

Inspired by Gina, we put our thinking caps on to come up with what can only be described as a life-altering snack. These Buffalo Cauliflower Poppers are so tasty, so healthy, and so easy to eat that before you know it, you’ll be staring at an empty bowl, contemplating whether or not to make a second batch. In fact, we recommend doubling or tripling the recipe to serve a hungry crowd (Superbowl Sunday, anyone?)! Our team devoured these in 5 minutes flat. 


1 Tbsp  garlic powder

1 medium cauliflower head, chopped into florets

3/4 C Wing Time Mild Buffalo Sauce

1/4 C Plain 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt


1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Cover a baking sheet in aluminum foil (trust us on this one!).

2. Combine the Chobani, sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl and stir until well combined.

3. Coat the cauliflower pieces with the mixture and place on the baking sheet; bake for 20 – 25 minutes, or until nice and crispy-looking.

4. Remove from oven, toss in bowl, and go crazy.

While we nibbled on these straight-up, they would also be delicious dipped in Gina’s skinny blue cheese dressing! Now, what are you waiting for? Go get ’em, tiger.
