Dippin’ delicious.


Superbowl Sunday is a comin’ and it’s time to get dippin’. Add this trio of dips your list of party snacks and munch away during the big game. Best part? They’re all packed with an extra punch of creamy, protein-filled CHO.

Some people get distracted by the commercials, we get distracted by the dips, chips, and naCHOs. Not sorry!

Spinach & Artichoke Dip (We used Just Wendy Jo’s recipe!)

Ingredients:

1 1/2 C Plain 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt

½ C light mayo

16 oz. bag frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed “dry”

1 pkg Knorr’s vegetable soup mix

3 green onions, finely chopped

1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped (optional)

Directions

In a mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld. Serve with a delivery method of your choice (bell peppers, pita chips, tortilla chips, carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumber slices).

Creamy Guacamole (this recipe’s our own!)

Ingredients:

1 C Plain 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt

2 medium avocados, halved, pitted, chopped

2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro

1 garlic clove, finely minced

1 jalapeño, halved (seeded for less heat), finely chopped

juice of ½ fresh lime

kosher salt

Directions

Roughly mash avocado in a medium bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and serve!

Buffalo Cheddar Dip

(We whipped up our own quickly. Check out Janetha at Meals and Moves’ recipe or Peanut Butter and Pepper’s recipe for more buffalo dip inspiration!)

Ingredients:

1/2 C Wing Time Mild Buffalo Sauce

1 C Plain 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt

1/2 C grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Scoop on up, and enjoy!
