Stuffed Avocados for the Win!

There are times in life when we need to come up with a delicious and impressive looking snack in a pinch. It may be the weekend you forgot your in-laws were coming to visit or an office potluck that slipped your mind. Whatever the event, we’ve got you covered with these Stuffed Avocados!

The best part? You can really use your imagination here and experiment with the ingredients. Ingredients:

1 avocado, halved and pitted

1/8 C cheddar cheese

1/3 C feta cheese

1/4 C Plain 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt

1/4 bell pepper, diced (any color)

1/4 pepper, sliced.

2 crackers (optional).

Directions:

1. Combine cheddar cheese, 1/8 C Chobani, and bell pepper. Scoop onto 1 half of avocado.

2. For other avocado half, combine feta cheese, remaining Chobani, and red pepper. Scoop into avocado.

3. Top with a cracker, if desired!
