Our CHOsen Goals for 2013: 10 for 10

We’re sure many of you can side with us when we say that resolutions never stick. But, goals? Well, that’s something we’ve found we can get behind. We may have dropped the ball at getting these going at the start of the new year, but we’re sure you can side with us there too. So, 2 months in, we’re calling this our “10 for 10.”  In a nut shell: we’ll set one attainable goal each month. These goals can be totally simple, or larger, fitness/lifestyle/growth goals. Join us and set whatever works for you! Different strokes for different CHOlks.
