This may come as a shock, but — we’re yogurt obsessed. We might even go so far as to call ourselves “creation masters”. Surrounded by heaps of Chobani, granola, fruit and a multitude of other toppings, we’re making creations like it’s going out of style. There are different techniques for creation-izing (layering, bowl, straight to the cup), and you really can’t go wrong with any of these. What’s most important, is that this is a simple and delicious way to enjoy your favorite yogurt with tasty toppings.

And should you mistakingly think that this is exclusively a breakfast show, we’ve included a few savory creations to be enjoyed at any time of day! Whether you’re savory or sweet, craving breakfast or just an afternoon snack; we’ve compiled 31 creations – one for every day of the month. We’ve even listed a few of our go-to toppings below. Time to creation-ize!

Granola: we try to look for those with less sugar, and with ingredients we can pronounce. Some brands we’ve enjoyed in the past: KIND, Purely Elizabeth, Love Grown Foods.

Fruit: all kinds, any kind. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, OH MY! Bananas, apples, figs, you get the jist.

Extra crunch: chia seeds (high in antioxidants & protein!), hemp seeds, almond slivers, coconut flakes, goji berries. If it’s a seed or a nut, we’ll try it.

Drizzling: honey, agave nectar, juice from roasted berries.

Try this: roasted berries. Arrange your favorite berries on a roasting pan, toss with a little sugar (if you prefer), and place in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Voila! Delicious roasted berries (plus extra berry juice!)
