Spring is around the corner, folks!  We can’t wait to frolic in greener pastures and indulge in fresh seasonal foods.

But there’s a few weeks left before the weather really warms up, and that means you’ve still got time to get your bod summer-ready.   Enter: PB Banana Smoothie!

Our post-work-out smoothies are the perfect aid for helping you replenish and rejuvenate your tired muscles. Nothing says fresh and light like re-fueling with a Chobani smoothie. With a bit of fruit, protein, and almond milk goodness, you’ll be hitting the beach in no time.

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

1 c 0% Plain Chobani Greek Yogurt
1 ripe banana
1 T smooth peanut butter
1 c of ice
1 c almond milk / liquid of your choice (optional)

Directions: Purée Chobani,  ice, banana, peanut butter and milk (if using) in a blender until smooth. Serve. Enjoy!
