Coupon Troubleshooting faq

To ensure your coupons print perfectly, we suggest following these simple steps before attempting to print.

  • Please make sure your printer is turned on, has ink/paper and is connected to your computer before attempting to print.
  • Click each banner one time only for the coupons you would like to print, and then click “Print my coupons!” and you will see your print options box open to print your money-saving coupons.
  • Please note: these coupons are only accessible through this process. Unfortunately, you will not be able to save a copy prior to printing or use the File-Print option from your browser menu.
  • Check to see which browser you’re using. Our Internet coupons are compatible with Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer and Firefox.

I see an error message that says “We’re sorry, but this offer has already been used the maximum number of times.” What should I do?

Unfortunately, we have to limit coupons per customer/computer to a maximum of three coupons per offer. If you’re receiving this message, it means that you’ve already utilized these prints.

I printed a blank page instead of a coupon. What did I do wrong?

Well, that’s a bummer! We suggest printing with a different web browser; for example, if you’re using Internet Explorer, try FireFox, Safari or Chrome!

I printed a page that says, “Please click on the coupon itself or the button that reads Print my coupons! to print the coupon.” Have I lost my chance to print your coupons?

Nope, not at all! It looks like you may have selected “File-Print” from within your browser, rather than clicking “Print my coupons!” from directly within our webpage. Give this a try and they should print correctly.

I can’t seem to click on the words that read “Print my coupons!” Can you help?

We sure can! Ensure that JavaScript is enabled in your web browser, through your web browser’s settings tab. If you still experience trouble, give our Customer Loyalty Team a call. We’re more than happy to help!
