Grease a 9-inch square baking dish with pan spray. In a medium bowl mix together ½ c flour, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Add cold butter pieces to dry ingredients and cut it into the mixture until is pebbly. Stir in pecans and set aside streusel.
In a medium bowl stir together remaining 1½ c flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In the bowl of a stand mixer cream together sugar and ½ c room temperature butter until airy, about 2 minute.
Beat in eggs one at a time then alternate adding flour mixture and Chobani starting and ending with the flour mixture.
Scrape into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with pecan streusel. Bake at 350°F until cooked through, 35-45 minutes, covering with foil halfway through if streusel begins to get too dark. Cool completely before slicing into squares and sprinkling with confectioners’ sugar.
