Cold Noodles with Chobani-Sesame Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Blend soy sauce, peanut butter, Chobani, sesame oil, vinegar, ginger and chili sauce in blender until smooth.

Step 2

Cook noodles according to package directions. Pour sauce over noodles and toss.

Step 3

Add 1-2 T cold water to thin, if necessary. To serve, sprinkle with scallions, peppers and sesame seeds.
