Preparation

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add edamame and cook until tender. Transfer to a bowl of ice water to cool. Remove from ice water and drain well.

Step 2

Combine edamame and remaining ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Step 3

Remove from food processor and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with fresh pita bread, pita chips or crackers.
