Step 1

Place all of the ingredients, except chicken (and cooking spray) in a blender and purée until smooth, using a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides and bottom of the blender as needed. Set aside.

Step 2

Off heat, coat a grill rack or stove-top grill pan with cooking spray; heat to medium-high heat.Grill chicken until cooked through, flipping once, about 5 to 7 minutes per side.

Step 3

Transfer chicken to plates and top with salsita, adding salt to taste.
