Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in bowl and set aside 5 minutes.
In saucepan, bring milk to simmer then pour over gelatin mixture. Whisk in peanut butter, sugar and salt.
Cool 15 minutes before whisking in Chobani.
Pour Chobani mixture into piecrust and refrigerate 3 hours (up to 24 hours). Garnish with grated chocolate.
