PUMPKIN ICE CREAM PIE

Preparation

Step 1

Spread the ice cream into the pie shell. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour.

Step 2

Mix together pumpkin, brown sugar, maple syrup, corn syrup and Chobani.

Step 3

Spread Chobani mixture over the ice cream.

Step 4

Freeze for 30 minutes and serve with caramel and chocolate syrup, if using.
