Prepare the Chobani Horseradish Sauce.
For the burgers, combine turkey, Chobani, bell pepper, parsley, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties and place on a plate. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour, up to 24 hours.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook burgers until both sides are browned and interior is cooked to your liking, about 8 minutes for medium.
Transfer a burger to each bun and top with horseradish sauce. Serve with tomatoes, onions and lettuce.
