Greek CHO-tato Salad

Ingredients
5 medium potatoes
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
6oz 0% Plain Chobani Greek Yogurt
4 scallions (or half a bunch), sliced, both green and white parts
¼ cup Greek kalamata olives, sliced
½ cup dill, fresh
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Meanwhile peel potatoes; cut into 2-inch pieces. Add potatoes to boiling water, and cook until tender. Drain potatoes in a colander. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare other ingredients by combining lemon juice and sugar in a small bowl. Mix until dissolved. Add olive oil, Chobani, salt, and pepper; Stir well.
In a large bowl, place cooled potatoes. Top with scallions, olives, feta cheese, and dill; Gently toss to combine. Drizzle Chobani dressing over the potatoes, and mix to evenly coat the potatoes. Chill before serving.
