Ingredients
24 whole wheat crackers
4 (1-ounce) slices of smoked salmon, chilled
1/2 cup 0% Plain Chobani Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp red onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp cucumber, seeded and finely chopped
1 Tbsp capers
1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
1/4 cup green onion, finely chopped
Preparation
Cut each salmon slice into 6 equal portions. Combine Chobani, onion, cucumber, capers, dill, and lemon, stirring well.
Spread 1 tsp of Chobani mixture on each cracker; top each with a piece of salmon. Sprinkle chives over each pita.
