Creamy Apple Pie

Ingredients
For filling:
2 1/2 cups apples, chopped
1 pie crust for 9-inch pie
2 eggs
1 cup 2% Plain Chobani Greek Yogurt
1 cup sugar
4 Tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
For crumb topping:
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
6 Tbsp all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp melted butter
1 cup oats
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake e pie shell in oven for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat eggs, then add Chobani and sugar. Add flour, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt; mix well. Stir in apples. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
For topping: Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, flour and butter with wire whisk, or whisk with mixer until crumbly (should look like small peas). Add oats and walnuts.
After cooking the pie for 20 minutes, take it out and add topping. Then return pie to oven and continue cooking for 20 to 25 minutes.
