Strengthening our communities

Since our earliest days, we've proudly supported our hometowns in New York and Idaho—developing meaningful relationships with our friends and neighbors. Whether it’s building a state-of-the-art baseball field for little leaguers in the Unadilla Valley, opening a community center in South Edmeston, or providing scholarships for students from farming families across Idaho and New York, our Chobani family is a proud, contributing member of the communities we call home.

Improving childhood nutrition and wellness

Everyone deserves naturally delicious and nutritious food. That's why we work throughout the year to make healthy food more accessible, especially to youth and underserved communities. Through the Chobani Foundation, we recently worked with the organization Apple Seeds to help build a new teaching kitchen in Fayetteville, Arkansas, as well as funded the construction of a new greenhouse at Sherburne-Earlville Central School in New York. Additionally, we proudly supported the New York Botanical Garden’s Edible Academy project, helping to double the number of underserved youth in the Greater NYC area who benefit from access to fresh produce and education on the benefits of nutritious foods through its program.

The Chobani™ Foundation also partners with Save the Children to donate Chobani Kids® & Chobani Tots® products to help feed thousands of students in Head Start and Early Head Start programs in more than a dozen schools across Arkansas and Louisiana.

Helping those in need

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting disaster relief efforts, including support for the brave men and women who lead those recovery efforts, we’ve partnered with the American Red Cross and other organizations to provide more than a half a million free Chobani® products to emergency shelters, local food banks, and pantries.

We’ve also formed a partnership with the American Red Cross’ Disaster Operations Coordination Center to provide products to the hardworking staff and volunteers whenever it's activated for major disasters in the U.S.
