1 cup Chobani® Low-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup diced strawberries
¼ cup dark chocolate chunks
In a food processor, blend yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, use a hand mixer to whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set mousse.
Top each portion of peanut butter mousse with 1 tablespoon strawberries and 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chunks.
