  • 1 cup Chobani® Low-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • ¼ cup drained capers

  • ½ diced red onion

  • ½ cup diced celery

  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

  • ¼ cup chopped parsley

  • 1 tablespoon chopped tarragon

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

  • 1 rotisserie chicken chopped and shredded (about 3 cups)

  • 12 slices whole wheat or rye bread

  • 1 head Bibb lettuce

    In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, capers, onion, celery, lemon juice, parsley, tarragon, salt, and pepper. Add chicken to bowl and toss until evenly combined.
