What to do with day-old bread? Don’t throw it away. Make bread pudding instead, using Chobani® Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt. Apples and cinnamon make this a sweet variation.
Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9″ x 13″ baking dish with nonstick pan spray.
Shingle and arrange bread slices evenly in baking dish; set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt and heavy cream.
Add eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk together until combined. Fold in apples and raisins.
Pour over bread and let stand for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle turbinado sugar on top and bake for about 40 minutes, until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before drizzling with honey and dusting with powdered sugar. Serve warm and enjoy!
