This cake calls for two kinds of Greek Yogurt—Chobani® Whole Milk Plain and Chobani® Vanilla Blended. A deep and decadent cake for fans of citrus and dark chocolate combinations.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, sift together cocoa powder, flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, butter, vanilla, eggs, and orange juice. Fold wet ingredients into dry and mix until combined.
Coat a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick spray and pour in the batter.
Bake the cake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove cake from oven and let cool for 15 minutes. Turn pan over onto a cooling rack and gently tap to remove cake from pan. Chill cake in refrigerator for 45 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, powdered sugar, and orange zest. Spoon the glaze over the top of the chilled cake, letting it drip down the sides. Top with candied oranges.
