A treat for our inner monster made with Chobani® Flip® Cookies & Cream.

Step 1

In a food processor, add 2 tbsp of the Greek Yogurt from the pack of Chobani® Flip® Cookies & Cream. Add in the sandwich cookies and blend until evenly mixed. It should be thick and crumbly. Refrigerate this mixture for about an hour.

Next, roll the cookie and yogurt mixture into 4 even balls. Stick the cake pop sticks in each ball.

In a microwave-safe bowl, add in the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute, stopping halfway through to stir.

Drizzle the melted chocolate all over the cake pops, evenly covering them. Sprinkle the mix-ins from the pack of Chobani® Flip® Cookies & Cream on top of the cake pops, then place them into the fridge for about 30 minutes.

In a microwave-safe bowl, add in the white chocolate chips. Microwave for about 30 seconds, until melted. Using a small spoon, drizzle a little circle of white chocolate in the middle of each cake pop. Place a chocolate chip in the middle of that circle, creating an eye. Enjoy!
