Rich and decadent, Chobani® Lowfat Plain Greek Yogurt makes this a better-for-you mousse. Top with fresh strawberries and dark chocolate chunks and serve as dessert.
In a food processor, blend yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, use a hand mixer to whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set mousse.
Top each portion of peanut butter mousse with 1 tablespoon strawberries and 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chunks.
