A rich chocolate banana bread with a hint of ancho chili.
Combine ingredients and reserve to top bread before baking.
Preheat oven to 325°F. Whisk together flour, baking soda, chili powder, cinnamon, and salt in small bowl.
Using a stand mixer on medium speed, cream together butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Scrape sides of the bowl down with a rubber spatula, add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing to blend after each addition and scraping sides of bowl when necessary.
Reduce mixer to low speed and slowly add flour mixture until fully incorporated. Scrape sides of bowl one more time.
Add Chobani® Greek Yogurt, banana, and chocolate chips, and mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix at this stage.
Lightly coat loaf pan or vessel of choice with nonstick pan spray and pour batter into vessel. Top bread with chili-cinnamon topping and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until cake tester is inserted and comes out clean.
Remove from loaf pan and let cool completely before slicing.
