Browned Butter White Chocolate Mousse

A whipped white chocolate and Chobani® Greek Yogurt mousse with browned butter.
Melt butter over medium heat, stirring occasionally until milk solids turn brown and produce a nutty aroma. Quickly remove from heat and let cool.
Melt white chocolate over double-boiler. Remove and, while still warm, stir in browned butter, honey, and Chobani® Greek Yogurt.
Whip heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Carefully fold whipped cream into white chocolate mixture.
Pipe mousse into desired serving dish and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Garnish with fruit to serve.
