Chinchakriya's Yogurt-Marinated Turkey Wings

A twist on traditional holiday turkey.
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Toast spices and blend them together.
Add in yogurt, salt, and lemon juice. Marinate turkey wings and set aside in fridge overnight.
In a medium oven-safe pan over medium-high heat, heat some butter. Sear the turkey wings until golden.
Add onion, thyme, bay leaves, and garlic; cover with chicken stock.
Cover pan and leave it in the oven for 1.5 hours.
