Cilantro Thai Curry and Lime Sauce

A cold green curry sauce with bold, Thai-inspired flavor.
Place grapeseed oil in a small pot on medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, green curry paste and cook for 3 minutes until fragrant. Add lime juice and use a rubber spatula to deglaze the pan.
Place mixture in a blender and add Chobani® Greek Yogurt, cilantro, lime zest, coriander, and salt. Blend just to incorporate and refrigerate.
To apply sauce, cook protein, vegetables, and starch to desired doneness. While pan is hot, but not directly over heat, ladle sauce over ingredients. Toss well and serve hot.
