Nutmeg and cinnamon spiced matcha layered with oatmilk and blue algae. Like eggnog, but not.
Whisk matcha with 20 oz. cold water.
Separately, whisk the remaining water with the blue algae powder.
Using an electric whisk, blend oatmilk with nutmeg and cinnamon. Whisk until all spices are incorporated and there are no dry pockets of spices rising to the top of the milk.
To layer in 16 oz. glasses, start with the matcha as a base. Add just under an ounce of agave and add ice.
Pour in the spiced oatmilk, leaving an ounce of room at the top. Top with blue algae to serve.
