A light, sweet, and herbal play on a whiskey sour. Recipe by Emilee Bryant.
In a shaker add agave, chickpea juice, oatmilk, and tea, and stir.
Awaken a few sprigs of each herb by slapping them in your palm and add to the shaker.
Cover and shake for 10 seconds.
Add ice and shake again for another 20 seconds.
Strain through a small sieve into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with fresh herbs.
Steep a 7g of green tea in a teapot for 2 minutes using 100 grams (or 4 ounces) of hot water.
Strain tea into another glass or directly into shaker (only pour 1-1.5 ounces tea into shaker).
For a stronger flavor combine 1 ounce hot water to a spoon of fresh matcha powder. Mix matcha well and add to shaker.
