Clafoutis is a baked French dessert that uses fresh fruit, usually dusted with powdered sugar. Our recipe uses Chobani® Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt that makes this tart moist and crumbly.
In a small bowl, toss figs with sherry and sugar.
Let figs soak for 1-2 hours.
Turn oven on to 350°F to preheat.
In a blender, add eggs, sugar, rose water, yogurt, orange zest, salt, and almond extract.
Blend on medium until smooth and well combined, about 30 seconds.
Add almond flour and blend until smooth, about 15 seconds.
Spray a pie tart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and pour batter in.
Add soaked figs and almonds.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until batter is set and slightly golden brown on top.
