Multi-layered fruit smoothie with Matcha Oat Cold Foam. Recipe by Piyapat "Flook" Lapteerawut.
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Mix matcha with hot water (1:10 ratio). Whisk with matcha whisk.
Pour non-dairy oatmilk into a small blender, followed by matcha, and 1-2 pieces of small ice cubes.
Blend everything together; then place in a whipped cream dispenser, charged with N2O.
Fill three glasses with ice.
Add the blended watermelon evenly to each glass, stopping around 1 inch high.
Repeat with blended cantaloupe, being careful not to integrate the two fruits in the glass.
Gently add the honeydew to complete the third layer, leaving an inch of space at the top of each glass.
Top off with Matcha Oat Cold Foam to serve.
