An Indian yogurt side dish with the unexpected zing of pineapple and jalapeño.
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Grill on both sides until caramelized.
Let cool and medium dice.
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Grill jalapeños until starting to char on outside.
Let cool, remove seeds from jalapeños, and mince.
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use.
