This mixture can work as the base to a sweet or savory dish-top with whatever you like. Recipe by Maria Mazon.
Combine the yogurt and goat cheese in a stand mixer, blender, or hand mixer.
Add remaining ingredients one at a time, except for the cream.
With the blender set to medium speed, slowly add the heavy cream until the mixture hardens.
Allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
To serve, divide into bowls and top with fresh fruit, chocolate, or honey.
