Bring in the Fall with this delicious breakfast staple. Recipe by Natasha Ashley.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk until combined.
Add remaining ingredients and whisk until mixed well.
Heat a large skillet to medium heat.
Add butter and melt, coating the skillet.
Spoon batter into a skillet and gently spread into a 4-inch circle.
Flip the pancake when bubbles appear around the edges, or after about 2 minutes. Cook flipped pancake for an additional 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with apple cinnamon topping or syrup.
In a large skillet, add butter and melt over medium heat.
Add remaining ingredients. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the apples are tender.
Serve over pancakes.
