A dessert you can drink, this latte made with creamy, foamable, Chobani® Oatmilk Original Barista Edition tastes like rum cake and is a perfect afternoon pick-me-up. Recipe by Cyrenthia Ngueya.
Boil water and mix in all of the sugar until it dissolves.
After the sugar has dissolved, add in all of your extracts.
Add 1oz rum cake syrup to your cup.
Pull a double shot of espresso and mix with syrup in the cup.
Prep the Chobani® Oatmilk in your pitcher and add butter extract.
Steam the milk until it is hot to the touch.
Pour into espresso and syrup mixture.
Top off with a dusting of powdered sugar and/or pumpkin pie spice.
