Thick, delicious homemade labneh is so easy to make with Chobani® Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt and the perfect tart spread for sweet strawberries and jam atop toasted sourdough.

Step 1

To make labneh, cut cheese cloth at 1 ½ feet of length and unfold layers. Refold to make a square that has 4 layers of cloth. Lay cloth over a strainer, place strainer over bowl, and place yogurt over cloth to allow whey to strain overnight in refrigeration.

Mark as Complete
Step 2

Toast bread as desired. Use labneh as a spread and apply 1 ½ oz. to each piece of toast. Top with jam of choice and fresh fruit.
