All-white meat chicken breast blended with Chobani® Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt, Thai curry paste, golden raisins, green onions, honey, and sriracha. Served on a toasted croissant with sliced tomatoes and green leaf lettuce.
Top the bottom of the toasted croissant with ¾ cup of the Thai Curried Chicken Salad.
Top the chicken salad with two slices of Roma tomatoes. Top the tomatoes with a leaf of green lettuce.
To complete, top the lettuce with the top half of the toasted croissant, and serve.
Combine the yogurt together with the curry paste, honey, garlic powder, lemon juice, sriracha, salt, and pepper into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Whisk ingredients together until as smooth as possible.
Add the raisins, scallions, and cooked and diced chicken, and mix until everything is evenly incorporated.
Add the chicken salad to a mixer to break up the chicken even more and homogenize.
