Juicy chicken thighs marinated in a White BBQ Sauce made with Chobani® Whole Milk Plain Greek Yogurt, grilled and served on Texas toast with a Red Cabbage Slaw, pickles, and more White BBQ Sauce.
Top a slice of toasted Texas toast with ½ cup of grilled and sliced chicken.
Top the chicken with 1 tablespoon of the White BBQ Sauce.
Top the sauce with ¼ cup of Red Cabbage Slaw and 3 slices of pickles.
Top the sandwich with the other slice of toasted Texas toast.
Combine 6 chicken thighs with 1 cup of the White BBQ Sauce in a large bowl or bag. Toss to coat and cover. Refrigerate to marinate for 1-4 hours.
When ready to start cooking, preheat the grill to medium-high.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for approximately 6 minutes per side until nicely charred and the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
Remove from the grill and set aside for at least 4-5 minutes to rest before slicing and serving.
Combine all ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl and whisk together until homogenized and as smooth as possible.
Combine the yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper into a medium-sized mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add the red cabbage and toss to coat evenly, and reserve.
