Blueberry Pomegranate Overnight Oats

A make-ahead breakfast, made with Chobani® Oatmilk Original, that works its magic while you sleep.
In a blender, add oatmilk, 1 cup of blueberries, pomegranate juice, pomegranate molasses, 2 tablespoons of creamed honey, ginger, cinnamon, and allspice.
Blend on high for 30 seconds, or until smooth and well combined.
Combine blended mixture with rolled oats and chia seeds and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Portion overnight oats into 4 bowls.
Top each bowl with remaining blueberries, coconut chips, creamed honey, pomegranate seeds, and mint leaves for garnish. Serve immediately.
