Have a Halloween treat for breakfast made with Chobani® Flip® Almond Coco Loco™.

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the yogurt from 1 package Chobani® Flip® Almond Coco Loco™ with the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix until evenly combined.

In a separate small bowl, combine the egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until evenly mixed, then add this mixture into the bowl with the yogurt mixture. Stir until evenly combined.

Carefully pour the batter into a small squeeze bottle, piping bag with a very small tip, or a sealable sandwich bag. If using the sandwich bag, fill the bag and close it shut, then use scissors to cut a very small piece off the tip of one side of the bag—this will work as a makeshift piping bag!

Heat a large nonstick pan over medium-high and spray it with cooking spray. Using the squeeze bottle, piping bag, or plastic bag, carefully squeeze the batter onto the pan in the shape of tombstones and cobwebs, just a few at a time so as not to overcrowd the pan. Cook each pancake for about 2 minutes or until golden brown, then flip and cook for about 2 minutes on the other side. Set aside.

Top the cooked pancakes with butter, maple syrup, and the Almond Coco Loco™ mix-ins from the Chobani® Flip® package. Enjoy!
