Cake in a mug? Delicious, non-dairy Chobani® Oatmilk goes beyond coffee. We use it in the dough and in the icing to make these fresh-baked cinnamon rolls that, like coffee, are right at home in your favorite mug.
In a small container, mix all ingredients.
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients and whisk until fully incorporated.
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients with a spatula until well combined.
Chill for a few minutes to firm up. Roll dough into a coil, about 12” long.
Line a ¼ sheet tray with parchment and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Place dough on parchment, fold parchment over the dough long ways, and flatten dough underneath the parchment so it is ¼” thick, 2-3” wide, and 12” long.
Spread filling over entire surface of the dough.
Starting on one side of the dough, roll it into a spiral.
Place dough into a mug with spiral showing on top and bottom.
Microwave on high setting for 90-100 seconds (microwave strength can vary).
Spoon icing over cake.
Serve warm in mug or on a plate.
