Multigrain Berry Pancakes

A fluffy stack of pancakes packed with berries and protein. Made with Chobani® Zero Sugar* Mixed Berry, whole wheat flour and quick oats.
In a large bowl, whisk the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a medium bowl, whisk the milk, yogurt, and egg until well blended.
Add the yogurt mixture to the flour mixture; stir until just combined.
Coat a large nonstick griddle or nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
Spoon ¼ cup of batter per pancake onto the griddle or skillet. Cook until bubbles form in the batter, about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip, and cook for 3-4 more minutes, or until bottoms are brown. Repeat with remaining batter to make 12 pancakes total.
Top the pancakes with the fruit and a small dollop of yogurt, if using.
