Raspberry Lemon High Protein Pancakes

Weekend brunch for workout warriors. These fluffy pancakes with a hit of citrus are a sunny, protein-packed stack, made with Chobani® High Protein Raspberry Lemon Greek Yogurt with 20g of high-quality protein.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda; mix well.
In a different bowl, combine yogurt, egg, and milk. Whisk well, then pour into the dry ingredient mixture. Mix just until combined.
Heat up a nonstick pan and over medium heat. Scoop the batter onto the pan to create medium size pancakes. Flip when bubbles appear and cook until lightly browned, approximately 1-2 minutes per side.
Serve with fresh raspberries, maple syrup, and lemon zest.
