A weekday lunch you can assemble in minutes. Chop and shred a rotisserie chicken—enough for as many sandwiches you will make—and combine it with Chobani® Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt and mayo, plus herbs, spices, and fresh celery and onion. Pile high on toasted bread of your choice.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, capers, onion, celery, lemon juice, parsley, tarragon, salt, and pepper. Add chicken to bowl and toss until evenly combined.
Assemble 6 sandwiches with bread, lettuce, and chicken salad.
